Shipping policy

Purchased products will be delivered by courier to the shipping address specified when placing the order, with insured shipping.

In Italy, we use an express courier with insured delivery and a signature on receipt. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code and a link to the courier’s website showing the shipment status. You can use this tracking code to monitor the shipment and its expected delivery date.

Shipments are delivered within 2–6 working days, depending on the delivery area and the time the order was placed or payment was received.

Orders placed from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays will be processed from the next working day.

When receiving the goods at home, please check that the parcels are intact at the time of delivery by the courier. If there are any irregularities, you must have the courier identify and record them accurately and refuse delivery, subject to mandatory notification.
