Returns are at the customer’s expense, according to the courier’s rates.

All returns from NON-EU countries are at the customer’s expense.

For NON-EU returns, return customs charges are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

The cost of shipping a parcel back for orders placed during sales periods is always the customer’s responsibility.

Returning an item purchased online at www.antonellishop.com has never been easier.

A return on www.antonellishop.com must be notified within 15 DAYS of receiving the goods.

To return unused, unaltered products to www.antonellishop.com, simply follow these steps:

PACK THE ITEMS

Use the original or suitable packaging, including the items with their original Antonelli Boutique and brand tags attached. Attach the return form we will email you to the outside of the parcel. Seal the parcel securely to prevent tampering or loss.

REQUEST COLLECTION

Contact us at antonellishop@gmail.com or call 0039 075 800 26 77 to arrange collection of the parcel from your home or another address of your choice.

COURIER

The courier will visit the address you provided. Hand over the sealed box.

Print the shipping label sent to you and attach it to the parcel.

RECEIVE YOUR REFUND

Shortly after we receive and check your return, you will receive the amount corresponding to the returned items through the same payment method used for your order.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL LAPSES:

- If the product is damaged for reasons other than transport.

- If the essential condition that the item is intact (packaging and/or contents) is not met.

- If the item and/or any consumables have been used, even partially.

- If the external packaging and/or original packaging is missing.

- If any supplementary items are missing (manuals, accessories, etc.).

If the right of withdrawal lapses in any of the circumstances above, we will return the purchased product to the sender.
